Polly Carll
Polly Carll has been with WV Engineering since September of 1998. Polly's responsibilities include receiving electronic and hard copy drawings from clients, and modifying their format or creating drawings based on WV Engineering CAD drafting standards for use by the company's design team. She also teaches AutoCad and drafting courses at Keene State College, the Community Education Department at Keene High School, and conducts AutoCad training for area industries and businesses.

Joining WV Engineering in 1995, David Dill, PE, provides project management, and performs mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design for the company. His roles vary over the duration of a project,

from initial marketing through conceptual and final design, CAD drafting, construction administration and project commissioning.

David's relationship with the founding partners dates to 1991, when he was a client representative at Central Vermont Public Service. AT CVPS, David was involved in energy efficiency projects (HVAC, lighting, and industrial process) throughout Vermont and portions of New Hampshire, specializing in institutional and waste water treatment plant applications. Davis has also worked closely with the state Departments of Public Service, State Buildings, and Education.

David's experience includes previous HVAC design work at a central Vermont-based consulting engineering firm, process control (shift engineer) of twin gas trains generating 600 psi steam at a 5 mW waste-to-energy power plant, and operation of a twin shaft 1200 psi shipboard propulsion plant, and supporting auxiliary equipment.

Before and during his service as a U.S. Navy Lieutenant, David traveled worldwide and lived overseas. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado/Boulder, and is registered in the states of New Hampshire and Vermont.

Charlie Herr, PE
Charlie is involved in power systems, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems design. He has worked on projects ranging from major school renovations to medical facilities to industrial plant additions, and has designed pump control systems for municipal water and waste facilities.

After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1993, Charlie worked for four years as an HVAC engineer in Wyoming. He joined WV Engineering in 1998. Charlie is a registered PE in the State of New Hampshire.
